Refund policy

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened products can be refunded as store credit or exchanged for another item within 30 days, provided at least half of the product remains.

Damaged or incorrect items are always refunded in full, including shipping, and we do not ask you to send them back unless we request it.

Gift cards and sale items marked final are not refundable.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where the order arrived damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed.

Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times can add a few days.

This is a demonstration store. No payments are taken and no refunds are issued.
