Shipping & returns

Orders are prepared in small batches and typically dispatch within two business days, Monday to Friday. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.

Standard shipping takes three to five business days and is complimentary on orders over $75. Express shipping takes one to two business days and is charged at checkout.

International orders are welcome. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened items can be returned for a full refund; opened items can be exchanged or refunded as store credit.

To start a return, email us with your order number and a short note about what happened. We will send return instructions the same working day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days of the return arriving back with us.

This is a demonstration store. No orders are dispatched and no payments are taken.
